Returning Families

Welcome current St John Paul II families! In preparation for the next school year, please take time as soon as possible to complete the online enrollment process. During this process you will take care of your school supplies fee ($210 per child). You will be receive an email from the school titled “St. John Paul II.” If you haven’t received the email please check your “spam” or stop by the office for more information.

Step 1: Access Family Online

To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our Family Online through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the “I Need to Create an Account” instructions below. If you already have an account, please follow the “I Already Have Family Online Login” instructions below:

I Already Have a Family Online Login

  1. Go to FACTS
  2. Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Online from the drop-down menu.
  3. Type in your username and password. IF you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  4. After logging in, click on Appy/Enroll in the left menu.
  5. Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment link.

I Need to Create Account

  1. Go to FACTS
  2. Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Online from the drop-down menu.
  3. After the FACTS Family Online Login screen opens, please select Create New Family Portal Account.
  4. Enter JP-WY into the District Code field.
  5. Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
  6. Click the Create Account button.
  7. You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  8. Please click on the link. A Change/Create password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and confirm.
  9. Click on the Save Username/Password button.
  10. Close the window.
  11. Log into Family Online as instructed above.
  12. Click on the Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
  13. Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment link.

Step Two: Complete Enrollment

Our online enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet(s) for your child. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
